End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of apps published by Claused (“the Vendor”) on marketplace platforms, including the Atlassian Marketplace.

License

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement and payment of applicable fees, the Vendor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app within the platform instance for which it was installed.

Data

The apps process your platform data solely to provide their documented functionality. Apps built on Atlassian Forge store data exclusively within Atlassian-hosted infrastructure; see the Privacy Policy and each app’s Security documentation for specifics.

Warranty & liability

The apps are provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Vendor disclaims all implied warranties and shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. The Vendor’s total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the app in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Support

Support is provided asynchronously via the channels listed on claused.io/contact, with responses on a commercially reasonable timeline.

Termination

The license ends when the app is uninstalled or the subscription lapses. Sections on liability survive termination.
