Privacy Policy

Claused (“we”) builds apps for marketplace platforms. This policy covers the claused.io website and our apps.

Our apps

Data minimization is our default: an app reads only what its documented functionality requires, stores only what it must, and requests read-only access unless a feature explicitly needs more — and then the documentation says so. Where the platform makes it possible, we go further and keep data from leaving the platform at all: our current Atlassian apps, for example, run entirely on Atlassian’s Forge infrastructure, store their data (such as issue snapshots and aggregate history) inside your installation, and send nothing to servers of ours. Each app’s security documentation states specifically what it accesses and where its data lives, and uninstalling an app removes its stored data under the platform’s data lifecycle.

This website

claused.io uses Vercel Web Analytics, a cookieless, privacy-preserving analytics service that does not track individuals across sites. We set no advertising or tracking cookies.

Forms

If you submit feedback or a feature request, we store what you submit (including an email address if you choose to provide one) in our private issue tracker, and use it solely to act on your request. We do not sell or share this information.
